Hello Mount Bethel Family and Friends,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I pray that in this New Year God blesses each of you beyond your wildest imaginations. While 2020 had its share of problems, I believe 2021 brings new opportunities and new possibilities for each of us. It gives each of us “A Fresh Start.” Please know that my prayers are with all who have been affected directly or indirectly by COVID -19.  For many churches and organizations, the theme for 2020 was “20/20 Vision” and 2020 was definitely a year of uncovering.

Many of the injustices, the disparities, the privileges for certain racial groups and social classes that we knew existed behind the scenes were brought front and center.  With 20/20 clarity, we saw how politically polarized our nation is. We saw corruption at the highest levels of government. Moreover, we now see, more than ever before, the importance of family and close friends, the importance of touch and the importance of koinonia (Christian fellowship).  I want each of you to know that I will continue to diligently seek God for the “right” time for us to re-enter the sanctuary and open the church for corporate services, meetings, and events.  Until such time, please continue to join us virtually every Sunday at 9:30am and every Wednesday at 7:00pm on Facebook Live and YouTube (Mount Bethel Ministries).

My first sermon of the year was a challenging, yet powerful word of encouragement.  Continue to reflect on that word and share it with your family and friends. Listen HERE to this past Sunday’s Sermon. You may also listen to our corporate worship service and Bible Study simulcast via our conference line at 425.436.6369 and enter pin 135861#.

You may continue to make your financial contributions online via our website at mountbm.org, via text to give at 954.526.9105 or via CashApp at $MBM901.  You may also mail your contributions to the church at 901 Dr C. E. Glover Ave / NW 11th Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.

Additionally, the church will be open every Wednesday from 2:00pm until 6:00pm for those who prefer to make their contributions in person.  Remember, the church building may be closed, but the work of the Kingdom continues.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive your end of year contributions statement in the same manner as last year.  That is, if you received your 2019 statement via email, you will receive your 2020 statement via email; the same applies to USPS (regular mail).

I continue in prayer for you and your family and I ask that you do the same for me.

Peace and Power,
Bishop C. E. Glover
